   Verify if the EHR control unit, the EHR lever, or the armrest console was recently replaced or disconnected, which makes calibration mandatory.

   Ensure the #6 EHR lever moves freely through its full range of motion without physical obstruction or sticking.

   Look for other EHR voltage or CAN-bus communication codes, as communication failure will prevent calibration.

   Clear the Code

   Clear the active error code from the system and test the remote for normal operation. If the code returns immediately, proceed to step 2.

   Perform Calibration

   Perform the EHR lever calibration procedure. Depending on the age of the tractor, this is done either through the AFS Pro display monitor (navigating to the EHR settings/calibration screen) or via the Electronic Service Tool (EST) laptop software.

   Software Update

   If the EHR lever was successfully calibrated but the error code reoccurs, connect the EST and download/flash the correct (latest) level of software to the EHR control unit.

   Repeat Calibration

   After the software update, repeat the EHR lever calibration procedure.

   If the fault occurs again after software updates and recalibration attempts, the EHR control unit (or the lever's internal potentiometer/circuit) is faulty. Remove and replace the EHR control unit, then perform a final calibration.
