Case IH 4566 – EHR (Electronic Hitch Record / Electronic Hydraulic Remote) module and FPS (Full Powershift) / Transmission module: High flow pump configuration error

This indicates a configuration mismatch between the physical hydraulic pump installed (or detected by the system) and the pump type currently programmed into the tractor's electronic control unit.

   Check EHR Diagnostic LEDs by removing paint from the housing next to the connector to read the internal LED flash sequence.

   Verify whether the tractor is physically equipped with a Standard Pump or a High Flow Pump.

   Inspect the wiring harness and connectors for the high flow pump detection circuit, specifically checking connector X661 for damage, corrosion, or open circuits.

   Access configuration menu

   Connect the diagnostic tool or enter the tractor's H-Menu (Configuration Menu).

   Navigate to pump configuration

   Turn the key start to the ON position and navigate to the pump configuration menu (often labeled as 'HJ -- STANDARD OR HIGH FLOW PUMP').

   Display pump options

   Press and release the CRPM switch on the 'B' pillar until 'FH' (High Flow pump) or 'FL' (Standard Pump) appears in the Electronic Instrument Cluster display.

   Select correct pump type

   Toggle the CRPM switch on the dash panel to select the correct pump type that matches the physical hardware on the tractor.
