This code triggers when the tractor's electronic system detects a discrepancy between two speed inputs. The radar sensor is successfully reading ground movement (indicating the tractor is in motion), but the wheel speed sensor (output speed sensor) is reporting 0 mph/kph. This mismatch usually points to a failure in the wheel speed sensor circuit, a misaligned radar, or a damaged speed pickup disc.
