   Clear and Retest: Clear the fault codes from the system. Shut down the tractor, turn the battery disconnect off for a few minutes, and restart the tractor several times.

   Inspect Wiring and Voltage: Check the electrical connections on the back of the auxiliary valves and the main harness under the cab. Ensure the AUX controller is receiving a steady 12V supply and has a clean ground.

   Check for Software Updates: Connect the Case IH EST (Electronic Service Tool) to see if there is a newer software version available for the AUX controller.

   Attempt a Re-flash

   Using the Case IH EST diagnostic tool, attempt to re-flash the AUX controller with the latest software.

   Condemn the Controller

   If the software update fails, or if the code persists after a successful flash, the AUX controller has suffered an internal memory/hardware failure and must be replaced.

   Disconnect Power

   Turn off the master battery disconnect switch.

   Replace the Module

   Locate the AUX controller (location varies by cab, often found under the right-hand console or behind the rear cab panel). Disconnect the harness connectors and unbolt the faulty unit. Install the new controller.

   Program and Calibrate

   Reconnect the battery. Connect the EST tool to program the new controller to the tractor's CAN-bus network.
