Issue description
Electrical circuit malfunction, such as an open circuit, short circuit, or disconnection, specifically tied to the manual differential lock switch or its wiring harness.

Check the cause
Inspect the differential lock keypad and switch connections on the armrest to verify plug security.
Test the switch circuits for continuity and shorts using insulated tools.
Inspect the specific wiring harness leads going to the switch, looking for damage on the differential lock switch signal wire (black/light blue) and the ground wire (black).
Repair steps
Power down tractor
Power down the tractor and access the Armrest Control Module (ACM) console.
Disconnect harness
Disconnect the wiring harness plug from the manual differential lock switch.
Remove switch
Remove the switch from its holder/bezel.
Replace or repair
Replace the faulty switch (or repair the damaged black/light blue or black wires in the harness).
Reconnect and verify
Reconnect the harness, power on the tractor, and clear the stored fault codes from the ACM to verify the repair.
