Case IH 518370-02 - ACM – ACM: Phone switch circuit fault
Issue description
The circuit for a hands-free/Bluetooth phone switch is experiencing a rationality error, is stuck/continuously activated, or has a short to ground or short to voltage.

Check the cause
Check whether the phone/voice recognition button on the armrest or steering column is physically stuck, sticking, or continuously dialing
Inspect the switch circuit wiring for a short to ground or short to voltage
Verify the communication status between the switch and the Armrest Controller Module (ACM)
