   Check Calibration Values: Use the Electronic Service Tool (EST) or the tractor's A-post/Pro display to view the EHR lever's voltage values. Typical healthy values are Neutral: ~550 mV, Float: ~0 mV, Lower: ~180 mV, Raised: ~910 mV.

   Attempt Recalibration: Try to recalibrate the EHR lever. If the voltage deviations are higher than 30mV after multiple calibration attempts, the lever's internal potentiometer has failed and the lever must be replaced.

   Save Data

   Before removing any parts, connect the EST and save the previous calibration values from the EHR levers to your computer.

   Ensure the tractor is not moving, the engine is off, the ignition is on (if required for EST communication, otherwise key off for physical repair), and the electronic/mechanical park brake is applied.

   Remove the armrest cover/console trim to expose the Armrest Control Module (ACM) and the EHR lever block.
