Issue description
The electrical current or pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal controlling the cut-off solenoid is operating outside of its expected normal parameters.

Check the cause
Verify the wiring harness between the VCM and the cut-off solenoid for shorts, high resistance, or damaged pins that could distort the duty cycle signal
