   Run the automated spool movement test by transitioning the tractor from on-road to off-road mode to see if the controller can force the solenoid to actuate.

   Verify the synchronization between the steering valve main controller and the safety controller during the cut-off solenoid test, as a communication failure here can falsely flag a stuck solenoid.

   Ensure the Universal Control Module (UCM) and Steering Valve Controller (SVC) software versions are up to date (e.g., SVC software version 2.02 or newer), as outdated software can cause interpolation or synchronization errors.

   Safely park the tractor, turn off the engine, and relieve all hydraulic system pressure.

   Locate the steering valve block assembly.

   Inspect the wiring harness and connector leading to the cut-off solenoid for damaged pins, corrosion, or voltage irregularities.

   Remove the cut-off solenoid coil and test its resistance.
