   Check for blown system relays or fuses supplying the Cab Suspension Module (CSM)

   Inspect the cab suspension wiring harness and pigtail connector for damage

   Trace the physical power circuit to the CSM to locate any voltage drops

   Access the proprietary Case IH dealer service portal (eTIM) or use a compatible heavy-duty diagnostic scanner (such as the Bosch ESI[truck] or Eclipse Diagnostics tools) to properly diagnose and repair this issue.
