Issue description
The internal memory of the Cab Suspension Module has failed, corrupted, or experienced a read/write error, preventing the controller from operating the semi-active cab suspension system correctly.

Check the cause
Cycle System Power: Turn the machine off and back on to see if the memory error clears or is a hard (active) fault.
Check Connections: Inspect all fuses, cabling, power, ground, and CAN bus connections to the Cab Suspension Module for damage, corrosion, or loose pins.
Repair steps
Re-flash CSM
Attempting to re-flash the CSM with the latest software version using the Case IH Electronic Service Tool (EST).
Replace CSM
If the module will not accept a flash or the memory error persists, the physical Cab Suspension Module must be replaced.
