   Check the CSM software version to see if an update is required (e.g., version 1.0.0.0). A memory error often points to corrupted software.

   Inspect cab pass-through connectors (specifically connector 10 at the lower RH corner on Magnum models) for communication issues between the transmission/suspension controller and the armrest controller.

   Verify the controller status LED (located on the connector end facing the rear of the tractor). A solid LED indicates wiped memory or missing software requiring a re-flash.

   Locate controller

   Locate the Cab Suspension Controller (underneath the fuse/relay panel or on the RH side of the cab, depending on the model).

   Disconnect battery

   Disconnect the battery to prevent electrical arcing.

   Disconnect harnesses

   Disconnect the main harnesses (e.g., C007) from the controller.

   Remove controller

   Unbolt and remove the faulty CSM.

   Install the new Cab Suspension Controller.
