The controller has suffered a memory failure, meaning it has lost valid configuration information, calibration values, or has suffered an internal EEPROM defect.

   Inspect power supply and ground connections to the Cab Suspension Controller for intermittent power loss or bad grounds.

   Check for external electromagnetic interference (e.g., from welding machines or high voltage transformers) that could disrupt memory.

   Attempt to recalibrate the cab suspension system to check memory integrity and restore configuration data.

   Preparation

   Safely park the tractor on level ground. Turn off the engine and disconnect the negative battery terminal before working on the electrical system.

   Inspect Wiring

   Locate the Cab Suspension Controller (typically located in the cab floor/console area depending on the model). Disconnect the harness and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or damage. Clean and securely reconnect the harness.

   Clear Codes and Recalibrate

   Reconnect the battery. Access the tractor's diagnostic monitor (e.g., AFS Pro 1200) and clear the inactive fault codes. Initiate the Cab Suspension Calibration procedure.

   Evaluate Controller

   If the calibration is successful and the code does not return, the issue was a temporary memory loss. If the system cannot read the calibration values, or if the exact same memory fault code is logged immediately after calibration, the controller's EEPROM is defective.

   Replace the Controller

   Remove the faulty Cab Suspension Controller and install a new unit.

   Final Calibration

   A new Cab Suspension Controller will be blank or unconfigured. You must perform a mandatory Cab Suspension Calibration using the tractor terminal or an electronic diagnostic tool (EDT) to program the new module to the tractor's specific suspension travel limits.
