Case IH 523405 - 02 - CSM – CSM: Cab suspension controller memory error

Issue description

The internal memory (EEPROM or flash) of the controller has failed a read/write check, corrupted its calibration data, or experienced an internal hardware failure.

Check the cause

  1. Connect the CNH Electronic Service Tool (EST) to communicate with the CSM

  2. Attempt to re-flash or update the module's firmware to see if the memory corruption can be overwritten before condemning the hardware
