Loss of communication (typically over the CAN bus network) between the tractor's main Vehicle Controller and the Cab Suspension Module (CSM).

   Check the software versions of the modules. Verify if a software update is required for the CSM (version 1.0.0.0, Software Part Number: 51669963).

   Inspect the CAN bus lines and wiring harnesses running between the Vehicle Controller and the CSM for continuity, shorts to ground, or physical damage.

   Inspect the connector pins at both the CSM and the Vehicle Controller for corrosion, moisture, or loose connections.

   Disconnect battery

   Disconnect battery power before working on the electrical system to prevent short circuits.

   Repair or replace wiring

   Repair or replace any damaged sections of the CAN bus wiring harness or connector pins identified during the diagnostic checks.

   Update software

   If the wiring is intact and communication is still lost, re-flash or update the software on the CSM (using software part number 51669963 or newer) and the Vehicle Controller.

   Replace CSM

   If software updates and wiring repairs do not resolve the issue, the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) itself may have an internal failure and require replacement.
