Issue description
The circuit is drawing excessive electrical current, which is usually caused by a short circuit to ground in the wiring harness or an internal short within the control valve's solenoid coil.

Check the cause
Check the wiring harness between the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) and the cab suspension control valve for rubbed or chafed wires causing a short to ground.
Test the resistance of the cab suspension control valve solenoid coil to see if it has internally shorted.
