Case IH 55012 – Implement control module / Pro 1200 display: Granular chemical meter sensor failure

The granular chemical system sensors are not detecting product flow when the control system is turned on.

   Inspect the granular chemical smart box to verify if it is simply empty

   Check the granular chemical meter device and its sensor for physical blockages, bridging of the chemical, or visible damage

   Verify product level

   Open the granular chemical smart box and verify it has adequate product. Refill if empty.

   Clear blockages

   Clear any blockages or clumped product in the meter housing.

   Diagnose meter device

   If the box is full and product is flowing but the code persists, the granular chemical meter device has failed.

   Disconnect wiring

   Disconnect the wiring harness from the affected row's meter device.

   Replace meter device

   Remove and replace the failed granular chemical meter device/sensor.

   Clear fault

   Reconnect the harness and cycle the implement control on the Pro 1200 display to clear the fault.
