Issue description

This code indicates that the voltage supplied to the 12VS1 power rail has dropped below the minimum acceptable threshold. The system explicitly flags a blown fuse as the most common primary cause. It can also be triggered by a faulty battery, charging system issues, or a cold starting condition.
