Case IH 9000 - 02 - CSM – CSM: Driver error on the right cab suspension valve
Issue description
The module has detected an electrical fault on the circuit controlling the right cab suspension valve solenoid. This is typically caused by an open circuit, a short to ground, or a short to power in the wiring harness or the valve's solenoid coil itself.

Check the cause
Visual Inspection: Inspect the wiring harness and connectors between the Cab Suspension Module (CSM) and the right cab suspension valve. Look for rubbed-through wires, corrosion, or loose pins.
Coil Resistance Test: Disconnect the electrical connector at the right cab suspension valve. Measure the resistance across the solenoid coil pins with a multimeter to check for an internal open or shorted coil.
Harness Continuity & Short Check: Check the wiring harness for continuity from the CSM connector to the valve connector. Test the harness for a short to ground or a short to power.
Component Isolation: If accessible, swap the left and right cab suspension valve solenoids. Clear the codes and cycle the system. If the fault code changes to the left valve, the solenoid is faulty. If the code remains 9000-02 (right valve), the issue is in the wiring harness or the CSM itself.
