Case IH 9019 – Remote Hydraulic Controller (AUX Controller): Controller Memory Error -- Loss of Operator Adjustment Data

The controller has experienced a memory or configuration error, resulting in the loss of the operator's saved settings and adjustments.

   Inspect all connector ends for damage, bent, or dislocated pins

   Check the wiring harness specifically between connectors C340 and C054 for continuity, shorts, or damage

   Ensure the remote hydraulic controller has proper power and ground connections

   Connect all connections and turn the 1st remote valve ON, then measure the voltage at connector C054 (should be approximately 12 volts at pin 6 and low voltage at pin 7)

   Repair or replace the wiring harness

   If the harness check reveals damage between connectors C340 and C054, repair or replace the wiring harness.

   Replace the remote hydraulic controller

   If the wiring is intact but the voltage test at connector C054 fails (i.e., you do not get 12 volts at pin 6 or low voltage at pin 7 when the 1st remote valve is activated), the controller has failed internally.

   Re-enter operator adjustment data and perform valve calibrations

   After replacing the controller, you will need to re-enter the operator adjustment data and perform any necessary valve calibrations (often associated with related code AUX 9029) using the tractor's display or a diagnostic service tool.
