Case IH 9301 – Hitch Controller: Raise Valve calibration value is too high (valve problem)

Issue description

During the hitch calibration process, the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) electrical threshold required to start raising the hitch exceeds the maximum allowed limit (typically 55%). The fault is triggered because the controller commands the raise valve to open, but fails to see any physical hitch movement (verified through the hitch position potentiometer) by the time the PWM limit is reached.
