Case IH A-CORE-005 - Display – Display core: Software Incompatibility Detected

A software incompatibility has been detected between the PCM (Processing and Communications Module) controller and the display. Specifically, the display has recognized that the PCM controller is running an incompatible software version.

• AF series combines
• Patriot® 50 series sprayers

   Verify the current software versions installed on both the AFS Pro 1200 display and the PCM controller to confirm the mismatch.

   Check if any recent over-the-air updates or USB software flashes were interrupted or only applied to one of the two modules.

   Prepare the downloaded software update files for installation into your display and PCM controller (often done via a USB drive).

   Update the software at either the display or the PCM controller so that both modules are running compatible versions.

   If updating manually via USB fails, use the "Update Manager" window on the display to initiate Step 2 ("Contact dealer").

   Arrange a Remote Access Services (RAS) session with your local Case IH dealer. The dealer can remotely push the correct software update to the machine to resolve the incompatibility.
