Case IH A-G-448 - Display – Autoguidance System / AFS Pro 1200 Display: Circle Radius is Too Small

This fault code is an operational alert indicating that the operator has attempted to create, select, or execute a circle swath pattern for the autosteer/guidance system with a radius that is too tight for the system to process. The system requires the circle swath radius to be equal to or greater than 10.0 meters (32.8 feet).

   Verify the current swath settings in the Autoguidance menu on the display.

   Check the programmed radius of the circle swath that the operator is attempting to use.

   Access Autoguidance screen

   Access the Autoguidance / Run screen on the AFS Pro 1200 display.

   Navigate to configuration menu

   Navigate to the swath/pattern configuration menu.

   Locate profile

   Locate the currently active Circle Swath profile.

   Edit swath dimensions

   Edit the swath dimensions and increase the circle radius so that it is equal to or greater than 10.0 meters (32.8 feet).

   Save profile

   Save the updated swath profile.

   Verify operation

   Re-engage the autoguidance system to verify the fault code has cleared and the machine tracks the new swath properly.
