Case IH A-G-468 - Display – Autoguidance System / AFS Display: Cannot Remark

Operational error or software limitation prompt within the Autoguidance system indicating that the system cannot calculate the swaths in the current area, or the requested 'remark' cannot be applied.

   Verify the active guidance pattern on the display to see if the operator is currently using a Spiral, Curve, or Circle guidance pattern.

2. 2

   Verify vehicle position on the map screen to determine if the vehicle is currently located in the innermost center of the spiral/curve, or if it has driven outside the active pattern boundaries.

3. 3

   Check remark history by asking the operator or checking the display to see if the current swath line has already been remarked previously.

   Drive the vehicle out of the innermost area of the spiral or curve.

   If operating in the center of a pattern, the remark function must be performed on an outer line.

   Drive the vehicle back inside the established spiral or circle pattern boundaries before pressing the remark button.

   Perform this if operating outside the pattern.

3. 3

   Completely reset the remark/guidance line before attempting to mark it again.

   If the line was already remarked, you cannot remark a previously remarked curve/spiral.
