Case IH A-G-590 - Display – AFS Display: Swath Not Long Enough

Operational error when an operator attempts to set 'Point B' too close to 'Point A' during A-B line creation.

   Verify that the tractor has traveled the minimum required distance (usually at least 30–50 feet, depending on the software version) after setting Point A before attempting to set Point B.

   Check the AFS display to ensure it has a strong GPS signal (RTK, WAAS, etc.) and that the receiver is not losing satellite lock between points.

   Verify that the correct implement width and swath offsets are entered in the 'Swath Manage' or 'Implement Setup' screens.

   Record new A-B line

   Clear the swath, drive the machine further down the field, and record a new A-B line with a longer distance between the points.
