A-GNSS-110 - Display

Case IH A-GNSS-110 - Display – Display: Remain Stationary to Initialize GNSS

Issue description

This code is not a hardware failure. It is an operational prompt indicating that the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver is currently in its stationary initialization phase during power-up. The system requires the tractor to remain completely still to establish its initial satellite lock and orientation.

Applies to these machines

  • MAGNUM AFS Connect
  • STEIGER AFS Connect
  • Quadtrac AFS Connect

Check the cause

  1. Verify Operator Procedure: Confirm whether the operator is putting the tractor in gear and moving immediately after key-on/engine start.

  2. Check Environment: Ensure the tractor is parked in an area with a clear, unobstructed view of the sky to prevent the system from hanging on initialization.

  3. Monitor Power-Up: Turn the key on and monitor the AFS Pro 1200 display to ensure the initialization naturally completes by the time the display is fully booted up.

Repair steps
