   Navigate to the Data Management screen on the Pro 1200 display

   Review the current storage memory capacity to verify that the system is indeed full

   Identify which files (such as old coverage maps, guidance lines, or boundary data) are taking up the most space

   Insert USB

   Insert a compatible USB storage device into the display/PCM.

   Navigate to Data Management

   Navigate to the Data Management screen on the Pro 1200 display.

   Archive data

   Archive important operational data onto the USB device to ensure it is not lost.

   Delete files

   Delete unwanted or obsolete files from the system memory to free up storage space and clear the fault code.
