Case IH F-GNSS-105 - Display – Guidance and GNSS: GNSS Receiver Configuration Error

The system has detected a configuration error within the GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver. This means the display is communicating with the receiver, but the receiver's internal setup, software, or activation parameters are incorrect or corrupted.

   Restart the system to see if the configuration error clears upon reboot

   Verify that the software versions on both the AFS Pro 1200 display and the GNSS receiver are up to date and compatible with each other

   Ensure the correct receiver activation code has been entered

   Inspect the data cables and RS-232 serial connections between the GNSS receiver and the display to ensure there is no intermittent data loss

   Power Cycle

   Turn off the tractor/machine, wait for the display and modules to power down completely, and restart the system.

   Software Update

   If the code persists, use the dealer diagnostic tool (EST) or USB update method to flash the latest firmware to the AFS Pro 1200 display and the GNSS receiver.

   Reconfigure Receiver

   Navigate to the "GNSS & Guidance" setup card on the AFS Pro 1200 menu. Re-enter the correct machine parameters, correction source (e.g., WAAS, RTK, NTRIP), and RTK encryption keys if applicable.

   Dealer Intervention

   If restarting and checking software versions does not resolve the issue, you must see your CASE IH dealer. The dealer may need to push a fresh configuration file to the receiver or replace the unit if the internal memory has failed.
