Case IH U07 – Electronic Management Unit (EMU): The suspension is stationary during the raise command in the Auto Calibration Procedure (ACP).
Issue description
This code triggers when the tractor's automated calibration routine commands the front axle suspension to raise, but the system detects no physical upward movement from the suspension position sensors.

Check the cause
Ensure no heavy implements are attached to the front of the tractor, as excess weight can prevent the suspension from lifting during calibration.
Inspect the wiring harness for the raise solenoid (identified by a 'RED' marker/connector) for opens, shorts, or corrosion.
Inspect the physical front axle suspension components for mechanical binding, seized pivot pins, or obstructions.
Verify that the linkage connecting the axle to the suspension position potentiometer is intact, not bent, and moving freely.
Verify that the tractor's hydraulic system is delivering adequate pressure to the suspension valve block.
Test the nitrogen charge in the suspension accumulators, as a blown or flat accumulator can prevent lifting.
Repair steps
Prep the Machine
Park the tractor on a flat, level surface. Disconnect any front-mounted implements or weights.
Electrical Testing
Locate the 'RED' raise solenoid on the suspension valve block. Use a multimeter to test the solenoid coil for proper resistance and check the harness for 12V power and ground when the raise command is active. Repair wiring or replace the solenoid coil if it fails testing.
Linkage Inspection
Locate the front axle potentiometer. Disconnect the mechanical linkage and move it by hand to ensure it isn't seized. If the linkage is broken or the potentiometer is internally shorted/open, replace it.
Hydraulic & Mechanical Testing
Hook up a hydraulic pressure gauge to the suspension test port. If pressure is low, troubleshoot the priority valve or main hydraulic pump. If pressure is good, test the accumulators; if they have lost their nitrogen charge, they must be replaced.
Recalibrate
Once the faulty component (wiring, solenoid, potentiometer, or accumulator) is repaired, restart the tractor and re-initiate the Auto Calibration Procedure (ACP) to clear the code and verify the repair.
