CLAAS 750Dh – MFA: Distributor 2 Signal Voltage Low

The signal voltage from the online command of electrodistributor n°2 (R76-2) is below the expected threshold. This causes the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module to deactivate 'Online command 2', which prevents the proper operation of the hydraulic system associated with this electrically-controlled valve. The fault indicates an issue within the electrical control circuit of the second electro-hydraulic valve.

   Visually inspect the wiring harness and connectors between the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module and electrodistributor n°2 (R76-2) for damage, corrosion, or loose connections.

   Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the wiring harness between the MFA (A100) and the R76-2 electrodistributor, checking for short circuits to ground or open circuits in the signal wire.

   Verify that the electrodistributor is receiving the correct supply voltage and has a solid ground connection.

   Investigate the primary components: the 'Online command of electrodistributor n°2 (R76-2)' and the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module itself.

   Rectify wiring issues

   If any damage, corrosion, or loose connections are found in the wiring or connectors, repair or replace the affected sections of the harness. Ensure all connections are clean and secure.

   Replace the electrodistributor/solenoid

   If the wiring is confirmed to be intact, the fault likely lies with the electrodistributor (R76-2) itself. Replace the solenoid or the entire valve assembly.
