CLAAS Id7513h / 7513h – MFA (A100): Signal voltage specified by the cross distributor command 4 too low.

The system is detecting an abnormally low voltage on the circuit controlling the 4th axis of the cross distributor. As a system response, Axis 4 of the cross command (operated via the Electropilot joystick) is rendered inactive.

   Inspect the cross command (Electropilot) electrodistributor n° 4 (R75)

   Verify the armrest multifunction module (MFA A100) is communicating and functioning properly

   Check for any short-circuits to ground or open circuits in the wiring harness between the MFA (A100) and the R75 electrodistributor

   Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply, and ground connections to the electrodistributor

   Check the resistance of the electrodistributor coil to ensure it is within specification

   Visual Inspection

   Locate the MFA (A100) armrest module and the electrodistributor n° 4 (R75) on the hydraulic valve block. Inspect the wiring harness and connectors for signs of damage, corrosion, or loose pins.

   Circuit Testing

   Using a multimeter, test the continuity of the wiring between the MFA (A100) module and the R75 electrodistributor. Repair any broken wires or shorts to ground.

   Voltage & Resistance Testing

   Verify that the electrodistributor is receiving the correct reference voltage from the MFA. Measure the internal resistance of the R75 electrodistributor coil. If the coil is open or shorted, the electrodistributor must be replaced.

   Component Replacement

   If the wiring is intact and the voltage supply is correct but the fault persists, replace the faulty electrodistributor n° 4 (R75).

   Module Verification

   If the electrodistributor tests perfectly, the fault likely resides within the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module itself. It may require software recalibration or complete replacement.

   Clear Codes

   After repairs, clear the fault codes and test the Electropilot joystick to ensure Axis 4 is active and functioning.
