CLAAS Id7530h / 7530h – MFA (A100): Voltage of the signal specified by the stop sequence too low contact.

The electrical signal coming from the stop sequence contact switch is reading below the expected voltage threshold. As a direct system response to this fault, the "Claas Sequence Management" (CSM) system becomes inactive.

   Check the stop sequence contact switch (Component ID: S185).

   Check the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module.

   Check for any short-circuits to ground or open circuits in the wiring.

   Check the internal resistance of the S185 contact switch.

   Verify the sources of energy (fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections).

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery to ensure safety while testing electrical components.

   Locate the stop sequence contact switch (S185) on the armrest control panel.

   Inspect Wiring

   Visually inspect the wiring harness and connectors between the S185 switch and the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module. Look for chafed wires, loose pins, or corrosion.

   Test the Switch

   Using a multimeter, test the resistance and continuity of the S185 stop sequence contact switch when pressed and released. If the switch does not show proper continuity or is stuck open/closed, it must be replaced.

   Test the Harness

   If the switch tests good, check the continuity of the wires from the switch connector to the MFA (A100) module connector. Repair any broken wires or shorts to ground.

   Check Power/Ground

   Reconnect the battery and turn the key ON. Verify that the switch is receiving the correct reference voltage and has a good ground.

   Module Replacement/Calibration

   If the wiring, power, ground, and switch are all functioning correctly, the fault likely lies within the MFA (A100) armrest multifunction module itself. It may require a software update, recalibration, or complete replacement.
