CLAAS 7580h – Claas Sfa A102 Suspended Axle Module: Cab Suspension Compressor Inoperative

The cab suspension compressor is not operating as expected. The compressor (Y334) is inoperative 100 ms after the command from the SFA (A102). This may affect the ability to manage the cab’s position.

   Supply voltage of the compressor between the 1 (+AVC) and 3 (ground) terminals

   Command voltage of the compressor between the 2 (command) and 3 (ground) terminals

   Active damping functionality

   Check the supply voltage

   Measure the voltage between the 1 (+AVC) and 3 (ground) terminals of the connector J489. The voltage must be 12V.

   Check the command voltage

   Measure the voltage between the 2 (command) and 3 (ground) terminals of the connector J489. The voltage must be 12V.

   Verify active damping

   Ensure the active damping system is functioning properly.
