CLAAS Id7582h / 7582h (902) – SFA (A102): The cab suspension compressor is inoperative.

The system has detected that the cab suspension compressor (designated as component M046) has been running continuously for 6 minutes without reaching the required pressure. Because of this, the active damping system is disabled, and the module cannot manage the cab's position.

   Check for potential air leaks on the cab suspension pneumatic circuit (hoses, fittings, and air bags).

   Test the suspension air pressure switch (Z-Activ pressure switch Z183) to ensure it signals the module to shut the compressor off.

   Check the power supply voltage to the cab suspension compressor (Component M046) to ensure it is receiving adequate voltage.

   Visual & Audible Inspection

   Start the tractor and allow the cab suspension system to attempt to air up. Listen for hissing sounds and use soapy water on the pneumatic lines, fittings, and air cylinders to locate any leaks.

   Repair Leaks

   If a leak is found, replace the damaged pneumatic line or fitting.

   Test the Pressure Switch (Z183)

   If the system holds air but the compressor won't shut off (or won't turn on properly), test the Z183 pressure switch for continuity. Replace the switch if it is faulty.

   Test/Replace the Compressor (M046)

   If there are no leaks and the pressure switch is functioning, but the compressor runs for 6 minutes without lifting the cab, the compressor's internal seals are likely worn out. Replace the cab suspension compressor.

   Clear Codes

   Use the CLAAS METADIAG or CDS (CLAAS Diagnostic System) tool to clear the fault codes and recalibrate the cab position management system.
