CLAAS Id75CBh / 75CBh (312) – TR1 (A57-1): Insufficient current sent to the reverse gear solenoid valve
Issue description
The current sent to the reverse gear solenoid valve is insufficient, flagged as a 'current regulation problem'. When this fault occurs, the machine will trigger an audio warning and request an 'ISC' reset.

Check the cause
Verify that the system is receiving adequate battery voltage.
Check for a possible resistance on the solenoid valve power supply harness.
Verify the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the TR1 module to the solenoid, checking for short-circuits to ground or open circuits.
Directly inspect the reverse gear solenoid valve SV3 (Y335-3) and verify its internal resistance.
Ensure the component's operating conditions are normal and check for mechanical seizing of the valve.
Repair steps
Test Power Source
Measure the battery voltage to rule out a baseline voltage supply issue.
Inspect the Harness
Trace the wiring from the TR1 (A57-1) module to the SV3 (Y335-3) reverse gear solenoid valve. Look for corrosion, chafed wires, or loose connector pins that would cause high electrical resistance.
Test the Solenoid
Disconnect the SV3 (Y335-3) solenoid and measure its winding resistance with a multimeter to see if it is out of specification or open.
Repair/Replace
If high resistance is found in the wiring, repair the harness or replace the connector. If the wiring is intact but the solenoid fails the resistance test or is mechanically seized, replace the SV3 (Y335-3) solenoid valve.
Reset
Perform the requested 'ISC' reset via the control panel to clear the fault state and restore normal transmission operation.
