CLAAS Id75D6h / 75D6h (323) – TR1 (A57-1) Transmission Module: The position of the clutch pedal and the status of the end-of-travel switch (BOC) are inconsistent.
Issue description
This code triggers when the transmission controller detects a mismatch between the analog signal from the clutch pedal's angle sensor and the digital on/off state of the pedal's bottom-of-travel switch.

Check the cause
Check Component R73: The clutch pedal position potentiometer (angle sensor).
Check Component Z152: The "BOC" clutch pedal low contact (end-of-travel switch).
Check Component S171: The neutral position of the reverser lever.
Check for a possible short circuit to 12V on the harnesses of terminal pins 30 or 19.
Check for a possible open circuit on the harness of terminal pin 30.
Check the mechanical assembly of the clutch pedal. The coupling of the sensor with the pedal must have absolutely no play.
Switch on the ignition and use a voltmeter to measure the voltage between pins 4 and 12 on connector A4/4. If the voltage exceeds 4.9V regardless of pedal position, there is a fault.
Test the "Auto 5" module using CLAAS diagnostic tool n° 60 05 033 249.
Repair steps
Inspect the Pedal Assembly
Physically inspect the clutch pedal linkage. Ensure the pedal returns fully to the top position and that there is no mechanical play between the pedal arm and the potentiometer (R73). Adjust the pedal mechanics if necessary.
Test the Sensors
Back-probe the clutch pedal position potentiometer (R73) and the BOC switch (Z152). Verify that the potentiometer provides a smooth, linear voltage sweep (typically between 0.5V and 4.5V) without dropouts, and that the BOC switch cleanly toggles open/closed at the bottom of the pedal travel.
Inspect the Wiring
Trace the wiring harness from the clutch pedal sensors back to the TR1 transmission controller. Look for chafed wires causing a short to ground or 12V, specifically checking the circuits for pins 19 and 30.
Replace Faulty Components
If the potentiometer has a dead spot or the BOC switch is sticking internally, replace the faulty sensor.
Recalibrate
After replacing the sensor or repairing the wiring, perform an "ISC" reset (as requested by the system) and run the transmission/clutch pedal calibration procedure via the onboard terminal or diagnostic tool.
