This typically indicates a short circuit in the sensor wiring harness, a failed sensor pulling the reference voltage down, or an internal failure within the control module's power supply circuit.

   Inspect the wiring harnesses and the sensors themselves for a possible short circuit to ground or to another voltage source.

   Physically check the sensor harnesses and their connectors for chafing, corrosion, or loose pins.

   Test the 'Auto 5' (TR1) module using the specified CLAAS diagnostic tool (Tool No. 60 05 033 249) to determine if the internal 10V power supply has failed.

   Isolate the Sensors

   Disconnect the sensors that rely on the TR1 module's 10V reference supply one at a time. Monitor the voltage output at the module. If the voltage returns to the normal 10V (± 5%) range after unplugging a specific sensor, that sensor is internally shorted and must be replaced.

   Test the Wiring Harness

   If unplugging the sensors does not resolve the voltage drop, use a multimeter to test the wiring harness between the TR1 module and the sensors. Check for continuity to ground or cross-shorts to 12V power lines. Repair or replace any damaged wiring.

   Test the TR1 Module

   If the sensors and wiring harness are completely intact, connect CLAAS diagnostic tool No. 60 05 033 249 to the "Auto 5" module.

   Replace the Module

   If the diagnostic tool confirms that the module's internal 10V supply is faulty and cannot maintain the required voltage tolerance, replace the TR1 (A57-1) "Auto 5" module.
