CLAAS Id75E4h / 75E4h (337) – TR1 (A57-1) Transmission Control Module: Inconsistency between the selected gear and the measured ratio.

The system triggers an audio warning and requests an "ISC" reset. By default, the transmission will enter a degraded mode where the Powershift 4 gear is reached gradually.

   Verify that the engine speed data being sent to the transmission module is accurate

   Verify Sensor Data

   Connect a diagnostic tool to monitor the engine speed data and the output from the reverser exit speed sensor (B229). Ensure the theoretical speed matches the actual measured speed.

   Inspect Sensor B229

   Locate the intermediate sensor of gearbox speed (B229) on the Revershift output. Check the wiring harness for continuity, short-circuits, or open circuits. Ensure the sensor is securely mounted and clean. Replace if the resistance or signal is out of specification.

   Test Solenoid Valves

   Inspect the Hexashift solenoid valves (PSV1, PSV2, PSV3). Test their electrical resistance and check for mechanical seizing. Ensure they are receiving proper voltage (12V) and ground.

   Inspect Clutches

   If the sensors and solenoids are functioning correctly, the inconsistency is likely due to mechanical slippage in the forward/reverse or Hexashift clutches. This requires a mechanical inspection of the transmission clutch packs.

   Reset

   After replacing any faulty components or repairing the clutch, perform the requested "ISC" reset to clear the degraded mode and restore normal transmission operation.
