CLAAS 75F6h – Claas Tr1 A57 1 Transmission Module: Short Circuit on Range B Sensor
Issue description
A short circuit has been detected on the range B sensor. This may cause issues with the transmission module's ability to properly engage or recognize the B range. The system has not requested an 'ISC' reset, and the 'Auto 5' fuse is burnt out, which may be contributing to the issue.
Check the cause
The A range engaged contact (Z153-1)
The B range engaged contact (Z153-2)
The C range engaged contact (Z153-3)
The D range engaged contact (Z153-4)
The 'Auto 5' fuse
Repair steps
Inspect
Inspect the B range engaged contact (Z153-2) for signs of damage, wear, or short circuit.
Test
Test the continuity and resistance of the B range engaged contact (Z153-2) to identify any short circuit.
Replace
If a short circuit is confirmed, replace the B range engaged contact (Z153-2).
Check
Check the 'Auto 5' fuse for burnout and replace it if necessary.
