CLAAS 75F8h – Claas Tr1 A57 1 Transmission Module: Short Circuit on Range D Sensor

A short circuit has been detected on the range D sensor. This may cause the transmission module to malfunction and affect the proper operation of the tractor's range engagement system.

   The A range engaged contact (Z153-1)

2. 2

   The B range engaged contact (Z153-2)

3. 3

   The C range engaged contact (Z153-3)

4. 4

   The D range engaged contact (Z153-4)

5. 5

   The ‘Auto 5’ fuse

   Inspect

   Inspect the A range engaged contact (Z153-1) for signs of damage or short circuit.

   Inspect

   Inspect the B range engaged contact (Z153-2) for signs of damage or short circuit.

   Inspect

   Inspect the C range engaged contact (Z153-3) for signs of damage or short circuit.

   Inspect

   Inspect the D range engaged contact (Z153-4) for signs of damage or short circuit.

5. 5

   Check

   Check the ‘Auto 5’ fuse for burnout and replace if necessary.
