CLAAS 7621h – Claas Tr2 A57 2 Transmission Module: Low High-Pressure Brake Pressure Detected
Issue description
The high-pressure brake pressure is below 70 bar for less than 2 seconds during operation. This triggers an audio warning and a steady brake indicator light. The issue may be related to the hydraulic circuit, braking pressure sensor, high pressure braking solenoid valve, or voltage delivered by the transformer.
Check the cause
The hydraulic circuit (valve, pipes, switch)
Braking pressure sensor (B233)
High pressure braking solenoid valve (Y329)
Voltage delivered by the transformer (V24)
Repair steps
Inspect the hydraulic circuit
Check for leaks, blockages, or damage in the valve, pipes, and switch.
Test the braking pressure sensor
Verify the functionality of the braking pressure sensor (B233).
Inspect the high pressure braking solenoid valve
Check the high pressure braking solenoid valve (Y329) for proper operation.
Check the voltage delivered by the transformer
Measure the voltage delivered by the transformer (V24) to ensure it is within specifications.
Use the specified tool to check the 'Auto 5' module
Use tool number 60 05 033 249 to inspect the 'Auto 5' module and replace it if necessary.
