CLAAS 7624h – Claas Tr2 A57 2 Transmission Module: High-Pressure Brake Pressure Too Low
Issue description
The high-pressure brake pressure is below the expected range during initialization. The sensor reading is significantly higher than the actual pressure in the circuit. This may affect the proper operation of the braking system.
Check the cause
The hydraulic circuit (valve, pipes, switch…)
Braking pressure sensor (B233)
High pressure braking solenoid valve (Y329)
Voltage delivered by the transformer (V24)
Repair steps
Check the hydraulic circuit
Inspect the valve, pipes, and switch for any damage, blockage, or leaks.
Test the braking pressure sensor
Verify the functionality of the braking pressure sensor (B233) and ensure it is providing accurate readings.
Inspect the high pressure braking solenoid valve
Check the high pressure braking solenoid valve (Y329) for proper operation and connection.
Verify the voltage delivered by the transformer
Measure the voltage delivered by the transformer (V24) to ensure it is within the correct range.
Use the specified tool for the Auto 5 module
Use tool number 60 05 033 249 to check the “Auto 5” module and replace it if necessary.
