CLAAS 7624h: TR2 (A57-2) 7624h - Pressure of high-pressure brakes

Issue description

The pressure of the high-pressure brakes is not within the expected range during initialization. The sensor indicates a pressure that is higher than the actual pressure in the circuit by approximately 2 to 4 bar. An audio warning is triggered, and the brake indicator light is blinking.

Check the cause

  1. The pressure sensor for the high-pressure brakes

  2. The circuit associated with the high-pressure brakes

  3. The connection and wiring of the sensor

Repair steps

  1. Inspect the pressure sensor for the high-pressure brakes

Check for physical damage, corrosion, or loose connections.

  2. Verify the calibration of the pressure sensor

Ensure the sensor is properly calibrated according to the service manual.

  3. Test the circuit associated with the high-pressure brakes

Check for continuity and proper signal transmission.
