CLAAS Id7626h / 7626h (407) – TR2 (A57-2) Transmission Module / Auto 5 module: High-pressure brake sensor is disconnected

The system has detected a loss of signal or an open circuit from the braking pressure sensor. When this code is active, it triggers an audio warning and causes the brake indicator light on the dash to remain steady 'on'.

   Identify the high-pressure braking pressure sensor location (component B233 on older models, B368 on newer Stage V models)

   Ensure the sensor is not simply unplugged

   Check the wiring harnesses and connectors of the sensor for continuity, proper power supply, and signal integrity

   Test the Auto 5 (TR2) module using the official CLAAS diagnostic tool n° 60 05 033 249 if the sensor and wiring are intact

   Locate sensor

   Locate the high-pressure brake sensor (B233 or B368) on the tractor's hydraulic braking circuit.

   Inspect connector

   Inspect the sensor's electrical connector. If it is disconnected, corroded, or damaged, clean the contacts and securely reconnect it.

   Repair wiring

   If the wiring harness is damaged, repair the break or short circuit.

   Replace sensor

   If the connection is secure but the fault persists, replace the high-pressure braking pressure sensor (B233/B368).

   Test module

   If a new sensor does not resolve the issue, connect CLAAS tool n° 60 05 033 249 to the Auto 5 module to test its inputs/outputs.

   Replace module

   If the Auto 5 module fails the diagnostic test, replace the module.

   Clear codes

   Clear the fault codes using the CLAAS Diagnostic System (CDS) and restart the tractor to verify the brake indicator light turns off and the audio warning stops.
