CLAAS Id7630h / 7630h (417) – TR2 (A57-2): Error on high pressure braking.

This code indicates that the pressure in the high-pressure braking circuit has dropped below 70 bar for at least 2 seconds during operation. When this fault is active, the machine enters a limp-home mode: the transmission is limited to gear B6, and the engine speed is restricted to 300 rpm.

   Check the service brakes hydraulic circuit for physical leaks, damaged pipes, or selector valve issues.

   Check the high-pressure braking pressure sensor (B233 / B368) for measurement consistency and ensure it is receiving proper voltage.

   Check the high-pressure braking solenoid valve (Y329) to ensure it is opening correctly and receiving adequate power supply.

   Inspect the rear service brake pressure accumulator (component 5063) to ensure it is inflating and holding pressure properly.

   Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the sensor, solenoid, and TR2 module. Look for short-circuits, open circuits, and verify fuses, supply, and ground.

   Check the voltage delivered by the transformer (V24).

   Using a multimeter, test the resistance and power supply at the Y329 solenoid valve and the B233/B368 pressure sensor. Repair any broken wires or corroded pins in the harness.

   Component Replacement

   If the wiring is intact but the sensor readings are erratic or the solenoid fails to actuate, replace the faulty braking pressure sensor or high-pressure braking solenoid valve.

   Accumulator Replacement

   If the system fails to build or hold pressure above the 70 bar threshold despite the pump and valves working, replace the brake pressure accumulator.

   System Reset & Reinflation

   After repairs are made, restart the tractor. Depress the brake pedals to initiate the accumulator reinflation phase. The error code will automatically clear once the pressure in the rear brake circuit rises above the accumulator inflation start threshold (above 70 bar) for at least 2 seconds.
