CLAAS 7643h: Short Circuit Between Accelerator Sensor Harness and Range Sensor A, B or Clutch Sensor Harness and Range Sensor C, D

A short circuit may exist between the accelerator sensor harness and range sensor A, B (S1, S2), or between the clutch sensor harness and range sensor C, D (S3, S4). This fault code indicates a potential electrical issue in these circuits.

   Inspect

   Inspect the accelerator sensor harness and range sensor A, B (S1, S2) for physical damage or signs of short circuit.

   Use the "Auto 5" module with tool n° 60 05 033 249 to test and identify the short circuit if present.
