CLAAS 764Bh – Claas Tr2 A57 2 Transmission Module: High Current Measured on Return of Solenoid Valve SV2

Issue description

The actual current measured on the return of solenoid valve SV2 is higher than the setpoint. This may trigger an audio warning and require a reset of the 'ISC' function. The issue may be caused by a 12 V short circuit in the power supply harness of the solenoid valve or a fault in the solenoid valve itself.

Check the cause

  1. The solenoid valve SV2 (Y335-2)

  2. The solenoid valve power supply harness for a possible 12 V short circuit

Repair steps

  1. Check the solenoid valve SV2 (Y335-2)

Inspect the solenoid valve SV2 for signs of damage or malfunction.

  2. Inspect the solenoid valve power supply harness

Look for any signs of a 12 V short circuit in the power supply harness of the solenoid valve.

  3. Use the 'Auto 5' module with tool n° 60 05 033 249

Use the specified tool to check and, if necessary, replace the solenoid valve SV2.
