The actual electrical current measured on the return circuit of solenoid valve SV2 is too high relative to the expected setpoint, indicating an excessive current draw.

   Check for a possible 12V short circuit on the solenoid valve power supply harness

   Check the solenoid valve SV2 (Component designation: Y335-2) for internal shorts

   Check the Auto 5 module using CLAAS diagnostic tool n° 60 05 033 249

   Locate the Component

   Locate solenoid valve SV2 (Y335-2), which is the 'Ratio under torque solenoid valve' located on the transmission/Hexashift hydraulic block.

   Inspect the Wiring Harness

   Disconnect the SV2 solenoid valve and inspect the power supply harness back to the TR2 (A57-2) module. Look for chafed wires or melted insulation causing a short circuit to 12V. Repair the harness if any damage is found.

   Test the Solenoid Valve

   Test the SV2 (Y335-2) solenoid valve for internal shorts. If the coil resistance is out of specification and drawing excessive current, replace the solenoid valve.

   Test the Control Module

   If the wiring and the solenoid valve are both in good working order, the fault likely lies within the transmission controller. Connect the CLAAS 'Auto 5' input/output control harness tool (Part n° 60 05 033 249) to test the module's outputs.

   Replace the Module

   If the Auto 5 module fails the diagnostic test and cannot properly regulate the current setpoint, replace the module.
