CLAAS Id764Eh / 764Eh (447) – TR2 (A57-2) / Auto 5: Insufficient current sent to solenoid valve SV2

The transmission control module is detecting that the electrical current reaching the SV2 solenoid valve is lower than the required setpoint, triggering an audio warning and requesting an 'ISC' reset.

   Check the tractor's battery voltage to ensure it is sufficient and stable

   Inspect the wiring harness supplying power to the SV2 solenoid valve for possible high resistance, open circuits, or damaged connectors

   Test the SV2 solenoid valve (Component designation: Y335-2) for proper resistance and operation

   Test the 'Auto 5' / TR2 module using CLAAS diagnostic tool n° 60 05 033 249 if the wiring and valve are intact

   Turn off the tractor and ensure the master switch is off before disconnecting any transmission components.

   Locate the SV2 solenoid valve (Y335-2).

   This is the 'Ratio under torque solenoid valve' or 'Gear solenoid valve under torque' on the Hexashift transmission block.

   Disconnect the harness to the SV2 valve and use a multimeter to check the continuity of the harness back to the TR2 (A57-2) module.

   Clean the contacts to eliminate any resistance.

   Measure the internal resistance of the SV2 solenoid valve.

   If it is out of specification (causing the current draw to be insufficient), the valve must be replaced.

   If the valve and wiring test fine, connect the CLAAS diagnostic tool (part n° 60 05 033 249) to test the 'Auto 5' module.

   Replace the module if it is failing to regulate current properly.

   Once the repair is complete, clear the fault codes and perform an 'ISC' reset.

   This is requested by the system when this code is triggered.
