CLAAS 7650h – Claas Tr2 A57 2 Transmission Module: High Current Measured on Return of Solenoid Valve SV1

The actual current measured on the return of solenoid valve SV1 is higher than the setpoint. This may trigger an audio warning and request an ISC reset. The issue may be related to a 12 V short circuit on the solenoid valve power supply harness or a fault with the solenoid valve SV1 itself.

   Inspect

   Check the solenoid valve power supply harness for a possible 12 V short circuit.

   Test

   Test the solenoid valve SV1 (Y335-1) using the specified tool n° 60 05 033 249.

   Replace

   If the solenoid valve SV1 is found to be faulty, replace it as required.
